- Closes Does not load in OBS 28 #43
- Upgrades QT imports to work with OBS 28
- Refactors / upgrades release script to generate manual install zip file
- Update QT CMake configuration - Update release script to VS 2022 - Fix cast warning (now classified as error) using solution from `obs-browser` implementation
- Add manual install zip creation to release script - Create copy of NSI file before changing version variable not to muddy git
