    • Previous DevContainer was deleted when retiring V3.

  2. What? (1-3 sentences or a bullet point list):

    • Added a devcontainer.json configuration file that creates a container with the Platform and CLI installed.

  3. Impact (1-2 sentences or a bullet point list):

    • NA: this is a new addition.

  4. Testing Done:

    • Follow the documentation added!
