This looks good to me!
The only suggestion I would give is on the financial-medium, make it financial-post and accept submission to substack, beehiiv, dev.to or other! To not limit it to Medium.
I would also maybe also add something to highlight our product to LinkedIn, since a lot of our audience is on LinkedIn.

This PR adds a folder for the 2024 Hacktoberfest.
It also changes the branch name check action to waive the requirement for PRs from forks to have a branch name prefix.
