Updated web site to represent the move to OpenPrinting

- Links redirected to the appropriate places on GitHub
- Links to "old resources" at SourceForge
- Add downloads.html and issues.html to allow both old and new links
- Mention Ghostscript Printer Application Snap instead of LSB packages
- Replace invalid foo2zjs/foo2qpdl links by links to OpenPrinting
- Fixed minor typos and spelling issues
- Leave donation links for Aurelien intact
- News item for 2.0.1 release, first release via GitHub
