These subclass HadoopHttp lib and are in line with other collectors already in the project, with a few improvements to make testing much easier with arg parsing for host/port/interval and self-determining location of collectors lib.
Tested on Apache Hadoop 2.7 which is what pretty much everybody runs right now.
