QueryPhysicalAddress returns the offset in its PhysicalMemRegion.
Removed on_fixed_mmio_rounds_unaligned test, as `on_fixed_mmio` no longer rounds.

Now that we support cpu-locals, make CURRENT_THREAD, the currently executed thread by a core, a cpu-local. Since CURRENT_THREAD is used pretty much everywhere in the kernel, this is a good stress test for our cpu-local implementation. Fixes #10
