I've tracked down all the missing fonts, and if they don't exist/are duplicate names, I change the style that's embedded in the Docker image to remove those entries
With this PR, there are no font errors listed during startup.
Eventually I would like to exit the container if there's a font failure and "STRICT_MODE" enabled in order to catch these issues during builds and during deployment of custom styles but that will be a different PR.
