Description of Changes

Bumps zibzip to version 1.11.1.

Rationale behind Changes

New APIs and bugfixes especially helps with the new savestate compression setting being added.

Suggested Testing Steps

Make sure GS Dumps and save states still load and save correctly.

Save states and GS dumps worked for me on Linux.
