Initial release for HiFiCNV:

  • Ingests a HiFi aligned BAM file for read depth
  • Calculates copy number estimates using read depth
  • Outputs copy number changes relative to expected values into a VCF file
  • Additionally provides auxiliary data tracks for visualization
