LGTM.
However, as is mentioned before, #include "unsupported/Eigen/CXX11/Tensor" will cause a weird segment fault on GPU for TestNAN and TestINF in tensor_util_test. I couldn't figure out the exact reason, but changing this include to #include "eigen.h" will solve the problem. So I did this in the current code.
I saw the same segmentfault in the CI test here.

If
float16.hincludeframework/eigen.h, it includestensor.h,ddim.hindirectly, which causes circular reference. (tensor->float16->tensor)
