由于 PaddlePaddle/Paddle#41308 修改了随机数的生成算法，因此随机数的采样值发生了一些变化，需要修改固定的随机数值。需要先合入本PR，再合入https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/Paddle/pull/41308。
