Plasmamen drip - Tacticool Suit

What Does This PR Do

Adds 1 New suit that has no sensors, meant to be an equivalent to the tacticool uniform normal species get. In addition, adds 3 Helmets to fit the new suit to allow more customization for plasmamen.

Why It's Good For The Game

Plasmamen need customization.

add: Added tactical suit box in the racial tab of loadout. Contains the new Plasmaman suit and a helmet that can change into 3 other variants.

Why give the helmet different skins instead of making it just three different helmets?

Why give the helmet different skins instead of making it just three different helmets?

One is for the box bundle so instead of giving three helmets in the bundle, you get 1 helmet that can pick one of the options. The three separate helmets still exist. But the box has the one helmet that can pick 1 of the 3.

They exist only if you spawn them, you forgot to place the helmets somewhere?

Its in the loadout section in game preferences under racial. Or it should be. Tactical Suit. It has the helmet that can change into the other helmets and the actual suit. ALT Click the helmet and it opens a radial menu for you to pick the other helmets with. One time use.
