Nice work! I'm pretty happy with this document as it stands. If there are issues with hyperlinks to PL methods, classes, etc., we can fix that after so as to not hold this up.
**Context:** #5483 adds a new quickstart guiding users through the changes to op arithmetic. However, there are too many quickstarts in the table of contents. **Description of the Change:** - A new "Release news" section has been added to the table of contents, including the release notes, deprecations, and the op arithmetic update page. - The new return types troubleshooting page has been removed. **Benefits:** A clearer distinction between quickstarts (guiding users to quickly get started with the library) and news/time-based pages (now called "Release news"). **NB**: Make many linux deprecation very loud and clear --------- Co-authored-by: Korbinian Kottmann <43949391+Qottmann@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Astral Cai <astral.cai@xanadu.ai>
