Feature request - Lightbox like behaviour

Hi,

this is a great plugin. It works like a charm :-)
One thing that would make this even better is a "lightbox like behaviour". It would be awesome if the map is not directly shown on the picture page (on load), but after the user clicked on the location header (or link besides the location header - on click).

I really think that this would improve the plugin a lot, since the map shown could be a lot bigger (for my theme - which is the piwigo clear theme - the map looks quite small; big height, but small width css values).

Thanks for the feedback.
I like the concept of not showing directly the map, like it is done for the metadata.
I might look into it.
But if I undestand correctly you want a Lightbox popup when you click on the location header?
I am not fan of Lightbox and Popup.

Hi

It does not have to be lightbox library. I just thought of something "similar" that uses as much space as possible...
... my problem is that the map is very small (although height is about 400px the piwigo theme limits the width to something aroung 100px).
So everything that shows a bigger map (like 640x480px or even bigger) would be great. It would be also great if this could be done without leaving the picture page (the thing that came into my mind was a popup or maybe a javascript dialog box) for navigation issues.

I totally agree with Niko. I "solved" the problem by setting the map height to 1 (so it's invisible), and 'Display 'View on OSM' to 'Yes', so to see the location I jump to a full-screen-map of osm.org

My dream-solution would be not to jump to osm.org but to osmmap (in a full-screen window).

The thumbnail could be opened by default, so I only need to click on the thumbnail to return to the picture page.

Or I click on 'Show all' to see other photos taken close to this one. (see referenced issue #13 )

I am also closing the issue, as the 'show all' feature is implemented and include in this new release.
