tf/preprocessorUtilsLite.hprovides a macro_TF_PP_EAT_PARENS_IFF. This renames that internal macro to_TF_PP_IFFand replacestf/staticTokens.husage ofBOOST_PP_ANDandBOOST_PP_NOTwith it.Fixes Issue(s)
