I tested PlanktoScope/pallet-standard#2 by using forklift to clone and apply the pallet at that PR's final commit, and everything worked. So I will merge this PR without running all the distro setup scripts. |

This PR adds Dozzle as a Docker container log viewer. This allows us to link to a page to view the logs of any specified Docker Compose service (which was not possible with Portainer). This is needed for #326, #190, etc.
