I'm getting "Uncaught ReferenceError: SideTable is not defined" when loading toolkit @6113f48a9e5910135ac9fa54cd81adf0e897ba94

It looks like a build issue. Until fixed, you can load examples using ?debug to force debug loading.

As of toolkitchen/platform@e120f58 the platform build(s) should now include MDV.

Additionally, the platform loader can pull in stylesheets (namely template_element.css).

Toolkit has been updated to pull down this submodule.
