Server OperatingSystem
win7 sp1

Client OperatingSystem
win7 sp1

What is failing

Expected output
no exception thrown with appverifier running
Actual output
When run E2E tests with enable appverifier on win7, a lot of exceptions are thrown

3. fix for PowerShell/Win32-OpenSSH#874 does not return on win7 when no content in console )
4. remove loggin to console in Readthread because write hangs here since write thread already closed (PowerShell/Win32-OpenSSH#879)
5. fix VCTargetsPath

Keep this issue still open because there is an exception due to appverifier issue on win7
