prefigureelement inside a pretext document must include the namespace attribute @xmlns="https://prefigure.org" (see the PreFigure documentation ).Since the CLI does not currently reference the namespace in the xpath call that extracts
prefigureelements, it is not possible to generate prefigure assets through the CLI. This PR modifies the xpath call to include the namespace.
