Hi, I was just about to open up an issue about supporting PyO3 and found this. rust-numpy looks like it could be very useful to me, but I'd rather use PyO3 instead of rust-cpython. Good to see that you consider supporting PyO3. Do you have any kind of timeline for this?

Hi @termoshtt! First of all, thank you so much for maintaining this wonderful project. I'm interested in implementing PyO3 support for rust-numpy. May I ask if you could guide me on this issue?

Actually, I have no idea for it currently, but this issue should have high priority for users. I always welcome PR to switch rust-cpython to PyO3 (or support both).
I may work on this next week (GW in Japan).
