Add missing code directive and hyphon in tar operation #190

I guessed the conda commands should have been hightlighted as code similar to https://pypsa-eur.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html#install-python-dependencies. In the wget and tar operation there was a ` too much and xvzf was missing a hyphen.

Thanks! I think the hyphen is not strictly necessary but I'll take it in.
