How to setup a map in Tiled

LibGDX supports different kind of map editors but the one I use for my projects is Tiled. However, since there are a lot of possibilities in the editor, it is not possible and also not needed to support everything. Therefore, there are a few conventions/rules to keep in mind when creating new maps.
