boards/lpc2k_pgm: use FLASHFILE for boards using lpc2k_pgm #11188

Contribution description

Update to use FLASHFILE as file to be flashed on the board.

Testing procedure

Flashing should work

@maribu could you also review this one, it is an ongoing migration to define a FLASHFILE variable to describe the file being flashed.
