Backport of #18483

Contribution description

Testing procedure

Build the pkg/ccn-lite example with a current GCC. Before this patch, this fails as described in #18480 -- after, it passes.

Found while doing final tests for the 2022.07-RC3 at RIOT-OS/Release-Specs#257

This has been reported upstream as cn-uofbasel/ccn-lite#388

Thanks. (To clarify: Actually I asked the backport script to be run as it doesn't work for me due to #18486, and maribu confirmed that he's happy with it, so he opened it on my behalf, and I ACK on his).
