By - using more speaking variable names - deleting the superfluous variable "filtered" - using clearer type checking
- Add a few details and use better wording - Separate the options from their descriptions with a colon
For this change, I increased the tolerance for the coverage of lines setting
This should fix the unhandled @scope packages under Windows. Kudos to @AgentOren!
Why did I not try this script earlier? Now we have a nice changelog.

This is a refactoring and bugfix release. Thanks to the PR from @AgentOren (which I did not merge, as I placed the upgrade in this branch I already had prepared), with the update of the
read-installed-packages
from v2.0.0 tov2.0.1
(also big thanks to @Semigradsky here!), the bug on Windows, where @scope packages would not be handled should now be fixed!
