Executable for windows, encode and decode your files from the command line!
(Remember to run this through cmd and not by double clicking)
I also do NOT suggest using this for anything useful at all as there is literally no practical use and it's pretty cpu/memory intensive (not mentioning the 6x file size compared to the original)
