This code will create a proveably random smart contract lottery

User buys a ticket
- The ticket fees will go to a winner during a draw
After X amount of time, the lottery will programatically draw a winner winner chicken dinner
Using Chainlinky dink VRF & Chainlink Automation Chainlink VRF for RNG ChainLink Automation for the time based trigger
