Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Archivists have expressed confusion about the use of the "My Transfers" tab, since that tab is really designed for users who will be transferring records.

Describe the solution you'd like

Hide the "My Transfers" tab for archivists.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Hide the "My Transfers" tab for users who haven't transferred anything.
