  1. use COPY --chown=hubot:hubot over ADD 

    [COPY should be used over ADD](https://docs.docker.com/develop/develop-images/dockerfile_best-practices/#add-or-copy) and use "--chown=hubot:hubot" to get around the permissions hacks of the past.
