gccrs: Add tests for v0 mangling

gcc/rust/ChangeLog:

	* backend/rust-mangle.cc (v0_identifier): Fix broken encoding.
	(v0_scope_path): Modify paramter.
	(v0_path): Fix namespace for modules.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* rust/compile/v0-mangle1.rs: New test.
