Persona 2: Karina Young

Karina Young is a twenty-four year old young woman who has been completely blind for a few months. She completely lost her vision due to her cataracts being left untreated. She does struggle with her everyday tasks as she is not used to being blind just yet though she is going through some training. She went to college and graduated with her bachelor's degree in marketing. She works as an advertising manager and makes around $90,000. She supports herself very well and enjoys her job very much.

As a advertising manager, her job is to direct the company's advertising activities and staff members. She has noticed that one of the trending channels in the industry is online grocery shopping. Currently, the apps available for grocery delivery are not accessible to her liking. Karina needs a way to understand the user experience of online grocery shopping since her company may move in that direction.
