BREAKING CHANGE: Disable selecting any tab with property enable = False

all checkboxes and rardio check in version 2.9.1 have the problem. sometimes you can choose, sometimes you can't. Plz hlep fix this. |
It's an annoying bug in 2.9.1. However, there is an improvement here in #692 . Check it out. |

Fix how RSBot.Protection, RSBot.Training and RSBot.Skills are loading default values.
BREAKING CHANGE: Disable selecting any tab with property enable = False
The tabs disabled are these plugins with the property RequireIngame = True
