Plugin fixed for latest Steam Client

• removed old package-lock.json
• updated package.json and rollup.config.js (DFL!)
• removed deprecated setting from tsconfig.son and fixed errors in code
• updated loading of shortcuts in Content component

I've tested this with my Auto-HDR scripts and it works great on the latest Steam client beta and the latest pre-release of Decky (v3.0.4-pre1). I hope this gets merged and released to the store soon!

So... yeah. I had trouble building the front end. I just put the whole source code in my plugins directory, and it seems to work just fine.

If you're willing to do that, I've zipped the homebrew/plugins/bash-shortcuts dir and attached it below:

Of course, it's a zip file from a random stranger on the internet, so please feel free to exercise the appropriate level of caution.

Here is the built version I built and was using. You can install it using the Decky Loader install ZIP functionality (you need to enable Decky developer mode IIRC). Sadly my Steam Deck is broken so until I get it fixed I'm unable to offer much support. Also, what JediRhymeTrix said, it is the Internet and always check what you download.

Thank you I truly appreciate that. I also finally got around to go through code and the PR does indeed work and putting all the files along with appropriately placing backend in the decky folder/executable permissions it loaded! Thank you.
