Fixed silkscreen labeling issue (EN was swapped with OVR_VLT)
Fixed footprint issue with battery holders (polarity of holder didn't match the silkscreen
Added level shifting for Over voltage output to provide a 3.3V active low (Low = Over voltage detected)
