License

The license we have chosen for our OSS project is the MIT license.
Main Reasons:
- The MIT license is very permissive, which allows us to keep the source code private, as well as being open source
- The MIT license allows others to use it for commercial use, and allows for monetization.
- Allows other users to use our software with no restrictions, this allows them to make modifications to it privately without having to make the changes public.
- The only main restriction is that they have to include the license in all copies of the code. This makes the license incredibly permissive and gives a lot of freedom to other open source contributors
This license was chosen over over licenses such as GPL, as we felt it was the license which gave the most freedom to the OSS community.
