- What I did

  1. Fix mc24lc64t module not load after first SONiC boot.
  2. Update PCI-E version monitoring return value format.

- How I did it

  1. Add module probe in init script of Fishbones and Phalanx platforms.
  2. Update the fwmgrutil.py

- How to verify it

  1. Install SONiC using ONIE, after first boot run 'show platform syseeprom'.
    1.1 The command MUST run success without any error.
  2. Call the fwmgrutil calss and check the return value should be in a dictionary.

- Description for the changelog

  • Fix TLV EEROM drievr not load after fresh SONiC install.
  • Update pcie version format return from fwmgrutil plugins.
