make fails with No rule to make target `lustre_config.h'

As appeared, the problem was caused by lustre rpm upgrade from 2.12.5 to 2.12.6 version. After the update the empty /usr/src/lustre-client-2.12.5 directory was left and it was picked up by the motr build system for some reason.

Solution: remove stale /usr/src/lustre-client-2.12.5 directory, rm lustre_config.h and re-run ./configure.
