Can not Edit MEMO content when I gave the same name which is already exists

👉 Steps To Reproduce

1. Create new MEMO
2. Add "Teszt" as name
3. Submit form -> Ok, saved
4. Create new MEMO
5. Add "Teszt" as name again
6. Submit form -> Ok, saved
   (Both of them appear in the list, the second has a modified name: Teszt(1)
7. Click Edit Teszt(1) in the context menu

The MEMO content doesn't appear on the screen, I got a black blank page
