Hi, this PR adds a new example of directly detecting faces from the camera stream.

add cpp example example/opencv_dnn/cpp/detect-camera.cpp for onnx model.
modify the file name of example/opencv_dnn/cpp/detect.cpp to example/opencv_dnn/cpp/detect-image.cpp
