- PRs links should be in the form `[[#123](LINKHERE)]`. - Changelog lines sohuld be sentences, ending in a period and followed by the PR link

Recently the changelog lines have been kinda in consistent. I'm thinking if I make everything that is currently there consistent then people will take the hint when it comes to creating new changelog lines
