Description

This PR unlocks Contao 5 and allows supporting 4.13 simultaneously

Changes

  • Replaced the deprecated pagePicker with the dcaPicker eval flag 60b0819
  • Used proper namespaces and 60b0819
  • Use PHP Annotation for the GetContentElement Hook 01f1213
  • Changed the bundle structure to match symfony style 1929e35
  • Use Dependency Injection (see services yaml and SiowebLinkedElementExtension)
  • Use the PaletteManipulator to add the fields 652a1ca
  • Updated the readme 6190061
