Update tracking doc as it had a link that 404'ed #396

Previous link seems outdated and results in 404, updated to point to newest identification doc.

Description

Updated old link that 404'ed

Motivation

Documentation should not link to 404

How Has This Been Tested?

Did not test, just changed link.
