Exclude paths

Is there a way to exclude certain paths from the handler?

My project has a handler that already is active on a certain path, so I would ideally like to be able to exclude /my-other-handler/* urls.

i figure the way to get arround it would be to do something like

app.UseWhen(context => !context.Request.Path.StartsWithSegments("/my-other-handler"), appBuilder =>
{
  appBuilder.UseImageSharp();
});
