This is a maintenance release of KETCube v0.1: number of bugs fixed; new modules and (non-revolutionary) core features added; code refactoring performed.

DebugDisplay module becomes deprecated (still used by some of KETCube parts), while per-module severity (NONE = 0; ERROR = 1; INFO = 2; DEBUG = 3) was introduced (use: "enable HDC1080 2" to enable and set INFO severity level for HDC1080 module).
