Fixes #11

Key Changes:

Adds functionality to toggle navbar background on small screens.
Refined the color palette to enhance visual contrast.
Adjusted CSS media queries and layout to ensure the navbar is fully responsive on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed alignment issues with navbar items on smaller screens.
Resolved overflow issues that caused layout breakage on some devices.

Upcoming PR:
In the next PR, I will add an About Us page to the footer section including additional elements like social media links, contact information, and quick navigation to improve the overall layout and accessibility.
