Shikayatein is a full fledged Complaint Management System. It contains a Web application with an HTML interface and also an Android client app. The Web application is deveoped using Ruby on Rails 4.2. The CMS is completely flexible and has many levels of abstraction. It can be apadted to work for any institution right out of the box.
