model-thumb-gen

Uses Blender to quickly generate thumbnails from OBJ and DAE files

Usage

Requires Python3 and Blender to be installed. Near the top of drag_here_to_render.py set blender_dir to blender binary path Drag-and-drop OBJ, DAE or a folder to drag_here_to_render.py or run python3 drag_here_to_render.py /path/to/model.obj

Each thumbnail will save to the same directory as the model as thumbnail_modelname.png
