Added an exception to avoid deleting the index file
- Resetting this file causes a softbrick for consoles 17.0.0 or higher.
- This is a change made by Nintendo to the way system saves are handled in 17.0.0

The solution comes from SciresM with Atmosphere 1.6.1 which detects the problem and
Rebuilds the Lost data making the system boot Again.
Although there are other possible more manual solutions (signing a file from another console and puted in) that do not involve running CFW, this is the easiest and safest of all, plus running CFW itself does not get you banned, so as long as you only run pure Atmosphere to fix the error there should be no risk of ban afterwards

Se Añadió una excepción para evitar borrar el archivo de index
- El reseteo de este archivo causa un softbrick para consolas 17.0.0 o superior.
- Este es un cambio hecho por nintendo en la forma de manejar los saves del sistema en 17.0.0
- A grandes rasgos existía una lista la cual llevava un control de los saves, hasta 17.0.0 no se usaba para saves del sistema,
  pero despues de actualizar si que se usa para esto y causa que la consola no encuentre archivos claves para el arranque de la misma,

La solución viene por parte de SciresM con Atmosphere 1.6.1 la cual detecta el problema y
reconstruye los datos Perdidos haciendo q el sistema arranque.
Si bien hay otras posibles soluciones más manuales (firmar un fichero de otra consola y ponerlo en la nuestra) que no implican correr CFW esta es la mas fácil y segura de todas ademas correr CFW en si no hace q te bannen así que mientras solo corras Atmosphere puro para corregir el error no debería haber riesgo de ban luego
