Description
I've found this to be necessary to parse individual effects for an operation/ledger, as in some cases, the
EffectsResponseparser breaks when a single effect fails validation.I've basically modeled this exactly on the
OperationResponseand have added tests for all supportedEffectsclasses.Testing
Ran
pytestsuite locally with full success.
