Motivation

We don't have a link to the docs in the (new 🎉) Help dropdown menu.

Proposal

(1) Add a link to the latest renku: https://renku.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ & renku-python: https://renku-python.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ docs in the (new 🎉) Help dropdown menu (suggestion above the bar, but I don't feel strongly about this).

(2) Also add docs as a block on the Help page: https://dev.renku.ch/help

(3) Also update the link to the tutorial. New link: https://renku.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/01_firststeps.html

Context

We don't have a link to the docs there 😱
